They were immediately surrounded with a gushing flow of people asking for their autograph and pictures.

Yating was still new to this fandom so he could only awkwardly thank them while secretly blushing from their compliments. Chyou, on the other hand, expertly navigated through the encore of their zeal.

Then she sweated harder as she realized her idiocy of not realizing this fact sooner.

Chyou nervously laughed and waved her hand in dismissal. "Of course I knew this was a date. I was just pulling your leg ahahaha!"

Queen, you are the epitome of acting but please realize that this was your least convincing performance! Everybody unanimously thought.

The crowd was confused as to whether they should express their excitement over the confession of this date or cry over Chyou\'s lame cover up. Whatever it was, they could feel an air of confrontation brewing between Yating and Chyou with the latter being obviously put on the spot.

"*Ahem* oh my it got so late. I should get going. It was nice to meet you two!"

" Ah I realized I have already been five minutes late to my spa appointment."

"I just realized I had actually lost my way in this big mall…I need to find my way back," one woman started taking backward steps.

The crowd dissipated just as fast as it formed around them.

Her brow twitched. There was a deep and stern ring to his tone and she could imagine him standing like a teacher with his arms folded.

I screwed up so badly, she sobbed.

Then she heard a sigh exhale after which he said, "I am sorry."

Hm? She blinked rapidly.

"I wasn\'t really clear on my intentions and I assumed you got it. But since this is the first time I asked you out, I should have been clearer that I was asking you out on a date."

Chyou covered tomato-ripped face in her palms.

He is apologizing even though it\'s my fault! And this is a date!

Yating rubbed the back of his head.

Ah, I messed up big time. Dad would chew me out if he got to know this, his mouth twitched.

He coughed. "Well, now that you know what this is, do you still agree…" he cleared his throat, "for dinner?"

Chyou stood straight and said, "O-Of course…"

She really wanted to look back and face him but her heart pounded too hard to calm down.

When it was all over, Chyou didn\'t look any less than a Goddess who stepped out of the heavenly realm. Yating felt his throat becoming dry.

He slowly got up, his ears filled with drum beats of something loud pounding but he didn\'t know what. He loosened his tie to make some space for breathing.

Now that Chyou was all dressed and freshened up for the date, she regained her confidence and chirped as she trotted to Yating\'s side. "How do I look?"

"Goddess…" he blurted out.
